These terms cover using this website and getting texts from Peak Electrical Contracting Ltd. They’re short on purpose.

Using this website

The information on this site is general. Prices, timelines and advice for your job come from a quote or a conversation with us, not from the website.

Texts from us

When you give us your cell number and ask us to follow up, by phone, text, email or the quote form on this site, you agree that we can text you about your job. That means your quote, scheduling, when we’re on the way, photos of the work, and your invoice. We don’t send marketing texts.

How many texts you get depends on your job. Usually it’s a few per job. We don’t charge for texts, but your carrier’s message and data rates may apply.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP to any text from us and we won’t text you again. Reply START to turn texts back on, or HELP for our contact details. You can also just tell us.

Delivery

Texts depend on your carrier and phone service, so a message can occasionally be delayed or not delivered. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
